- Country manager @ BORGY CZ
Area of responsibility: Czech republic, Slovakia, Hungary
Managing a team of key account managers and sales representatives, developing company trade marketing approach and supporting company-wide business decisions from sales and marketing angle.
BORGY CZ is an amazing, privately built company with a Europe-wide distribution. Our primary task is representing brands in our portfolio, presenting them in the market and supporting our partners with top level services. We keep all our core business tasks inhouse to guarantee 100% quality.
- Training and lectures
Most of all I enjoy supporting others in their personal and professional growth, being it within our company, in other organisations or the people around me.
I often concentrate on hard skills, such as operating various MS Office programs or managing the business process. Other skills such as time management, key account management and others come naturally with them.

A complete small business experience in area of marketing, online marketing and event management. Everything including finance, company management and restructuralization and other topics incorporated.
- Business development manager @ PHILIPS Lighting
From a supporting part-time role to a full-time Business development manager seeking opportunities within the European region PHILIPS lighting was a transforming experience with great support from my manager and coaching from many professionals.
I gained experience in both general and field-specific areas such as solution selling, marketing, management and others. And I went all in to cover for these experiences with my results.
- Part-time jobs
I have learned so much during my student years working in different fields! Work at the post office was just a good honest job, at all stations. Being a lecturer in a graphic studio while 15 years old made me both aware of possibility to outdo myself and self-conscious when working with others. Being a sales assistant in one of Sportisimo’s shops has shown me how the retail worked first-handed. And there was much more in all of these and the others. I cherish still every shift I have worked in all my part-time jobs.
Areas of interest
With all above mentioned (being it business, marketing, management) a personal development is the biggest part of my life and any of my interests or passions builds on it, supports and nurture it.
- Go
The greatest board game of them all. Its everlasting wonders do not stop surprising me any time I sit down to play. And getting better in it is a reflection of the personal development I strive for – in the same way as is the whole game a reflection of our world.
- Languages
With more and more affection for Japanese ways, the language is a natural way in which to pursue further development. Apart from Japanese, where I have just began, I enjoy English for many years now. And even when the learning part is mostly gone, the content just gets more and more intensive.
Any other attempts (being it French, Spanish or German) deteriorated in time, which I pity. But a man needs priorities.
- Sports
I love running, cycling and going to gym. As in any sport I excel at none, but enjoy them all.
